Q: Should you review products that don’t have a top carousel for the Amazon Influencer Program?

Yes and No! If you already own the product, you can go ahead and review it even if there is no top carousel available. Sometimes the top carousels open up later and your video can be first in the queue for those video slots. However, if you don't already own the product, I don't recommend buying it with the purpose of reviewing it if it only has a bottom video carousel.
